Charles,
Please congratulate Sara on a great set of photos. She's already developing
a good eye. I loved the monkey shot. One busily grooming and the other... is
he just positioned for good access, or is he ready to bolt? Some real
tension in the shot.

While we're in a photo plugging mood.
Here are some photos that my niece took a our local zoo last weekend.
Her first time with a 35mm SLR. Olympus of course!!

Background:
Last Christmas I gave her a Polaroid camera to break her into
photography. I wanted her to get instant gratification for her
endeavors. The only lessons I gave were: The rule of thirds. Look at
photographs to get a sense of how they were done. Be different.
Editor's note:
My scanner has become a bit flaky. I had to play with the color balance
with some images. The only other manipulating done was to apply an
unsharp mask and lightly crop a couple of images to remove edges outside
the negative the scanner picked up.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.
