This is a tough question. You need some length to the lens and some
flexibility. This happens to be an area where (gasp) non-Zuiko lenses can
actually be a better choice than Zuikos, but I'll let others comment on
them, as I know nothing.
Within the Zuiko line, you have a few choices:
65-200/4 - An excellent lens and within your budget
50-250/5 - Longer reach, a great lens, but well over your budget
85-250/5 - Within your budget, also an excellent lens, but physically
larger.
The first two are 'hand-holdable' while the third really needs a monopod.
The first two are one-touch (push-pull) zooms while the third is a two-touch
with a second ring for zooming.
If I had to pick one, within your constraints, I'd choose the 65-200. Like
I said, though, the Tamrons, etc. may also be good choices and I'm sure
you'll get great answers.
