Hi!
When I want my TTL flash to underexposure in manual mode, should I
just turn the underexposure ring, or should I increase the value of film
speed ring?
what with auto mode?

For flash photos in manual mode you should set your shutter speed to no
faster than 1/60th on all Olympus camera bodies.
You can achieve underexposure by several methods:
1. Decrease the aperture setting.. ie. higher f number, for the given distance.
2. Use a neutral density filter on the lens or flash.
