[OM] Body cpas available.

I was down at my favorite camera store recently and came across a few
generic OM body caps. They don't fit very snugly, but should do ok when
bodies are stored on the shelf. The owners basically gave them to me and
I would like to offer them to any list members that might have need of
one or two.
