I've filled out such a form, and UPS normally just leaves the stuff by the
front door, but in this instance the shipper apparently is the one requiring
the over-21 adult signature. I'm not exactly sure why since it's just a couple
of sleeping bags from Wiggy's, Inc., with a total value of just a little over
$300. FedX once left an OM-4Ti, Motor Drive 2 and M15.V control pack (about
$1700) from B&H by the door. I've had packages before where an over-21 adult
signature was required, but these were almost always firearms or ammunition.
Maybe these sleeping bags are dangerous.
