[OM] using the Zuiko 85-250 f/5 and a 2x-A teleconverter

My 85-250mm f/5 Zuiko zoom just arrived from our favorite enabler, and here I 
am, not even having a chance to try it out yet, suffering from a bout of 
Zuikoholism.

I've checked the eSIF, and although it mentions that the 2x-A teleconverter 
works fine with the 100-200mm f/5, it doesn't say anything about the 85-250.

Has anyone used the 85-250 with a 2x-A? If so, what is your opinion of 
performance, compatibility, etc.?
