Well, my picture was also a proof of concept picture. Being the host of
TOPE, I had access to John's picture very early, so there was lots of time
to do some of these tests myself before TOPE 6 went live. Now that I have
seen the nice DOF one can get by using a wide angle this way, I may redo
such a picture someday with a more seriously chosen subject.

Hehehe, I've seen it, and it's still as tempting as ever, but oh dear, where
to get the funds.... Hmmm, would you consider a black little devil, uhhhh,
Labrador Retriever as a trade? :) Just kidding of course, Gioka is not up
for grabs...
