[OM] Source for microtips

Hi everybody:

I'm getting ready to try my first "back foam" job.  The instructions
talk about using "microtips" for the end of the tube of Pliobond.  I
looked in the Microtools catalog, but I found no microtips!  Does anyone
have a source for these rascals?
