Speaking of geographically challenged, we "southerners" here in the
PacNW have a chuckle or two at the way our northern neighbors in BC
pronounce the letter "A". I actually heard two announcers on a radio
station in Victoria BC argue whether that common Mexican flat bread
should be pronounced "TAY-co" or "TACK-o". And by the way they're
"peck-ahhns" around here.
