That's a good question. I've never had an issue with Gitzo and it's never
arisen practically speaking. But they've been around for awhile and I buy
from established vendors so I'm not overly concerned.
Did you try more than once to write Gitzo? Email is not always reliable. I
would suppose Gitzo does respond to customer queries. IF the company
refused to service its products there's no way it could be kept a secret.
Pros and serious amateurs buy this stuff, not Mrs. Smith in Omaha.

Does anyone know how to contact Gitzo about having something fixed under
this warranty? I tried email to Gitzo via the web page but got no
response nor could i find a phone #. Do they really honor this
guarantee?
