I don't know of filters to produce the fisheye effect, but there are
auxiliary lenses that screw on in front of a normal lens to produce a
fisheye effect. The effect is dependent on the focal length of the main
lens, so a zoom like the IS-20 could allow you to zoom in the effect you
want. As a novelty its probably worth a look, but I would NOT expect high
quality images through one of these things. FWIW, I remember reading an
article telling how to make a similar fisheye adapter from a lens cap and a
through-the-door wide angle viewer.
