Henrik,
can't comment on the electrical stuff but just went through the stiff
shutter ring with my OM-4 a few months ago (after 10+ years of flawless
service). It got progressively tighter and tighter over a week of shooting.
Took it in to my local service guy fearing the worst - turned out it need a
quick cleaning - cost me $15 Cnd ($10US) and it has worked a treat ever
since. Tech told me all it needed was a quick flush and it was back to
normal so he cut the "normal" min rate to time spent.
