Just read a seller's all-positive feedback. Noticed one said, "Item as
described, except chrome, not black." No response from the seller to this.
I think that would have been a major problem for me, had I been the buyer. I
would have wanted either a return, a price adjustment, or would have posted
the same feedback as a neutral at least, if not negative (on second thought,
negative).
Reinforces my and others' advice to read a seller's feedback profile. I
generally kinda glance thru it, reading only the negatives.... guess I'll be
reading the positives too from now on (at least the first page or two of
them). Looks as though in this case, the buyer was trying to post a negative
without the risking retaliation from the buyer for labeling it as a negative.
Too many are afraid of retaliation.
Any other thoughts?
