I have a rider on my homeowner's policy through Mutual of Enumclaw that
insures listed items for fixed value, that I set, against all perils. This
is not cheap but gives me piece of mind. Bill Barber (NSURIT) is a list
member and an insurance agent who could advise you well on this subject.
