In general, how much to replace the coupling lever of a lens? (If this
answer is: "It depends on the lens, could you give a range?")
Is it a lens-specific part? What if it's not available?

The coupling lever metal is very hard and brittle. If at some time it had
gotten bent, it could break off during a straightening attempt.
