1/125 and 1/250 are good choices. 1/60 is better - even more prop arc - but
you pretty well have to use a c*n*n IS lens for that. You've got a chance
at 1/125 if your good at panning or if you catch the bird at the peak of the
action; top of a stall for instance. Shoot a lot and hope - it's worth it.

Cockpit details, fill flash for aviator portraits, etc. - so, yes bring the
T32.

Maybe. Depends on how carried away you get. But remember, the sky ther is
full of airplanes you don't see often - ALL DAY LONG!
