I wouldn't begin to try to explain how to check for this, much less how
to fix it! There could be a hundred other problems -- a broken wind
gear is just one possiblilty. A good tech might see the problem in a
glance, saving hours of unnecessary disassembly. And in all liklihood,
something's gonna be taken apart that shouldn't be, and then _nobody_ is
gonna wanna work on it! Presto -- paperweight!
