Possibly it's AOL's penchant for locally (i.e. on AOL's own servers) caching
sites and ignoring cache-control statements in the pages? Try clearing your
*own* local cache while on a different site, then returning to the
Wide-Angle site using only the basic link. If the problem recurs, it could
well be AOL's fault.

Clicking on the link from a Google.com search results in the same "outdated,
expired" message.
