Now that would inconvenience them! Then they'd have to emply a second little
skilled chap to put them all together!
It is nice that you can do TTl flash at 1/60 or slower on the 3Ti. Presumably
the camera meter must calculate the amount of ambient light that is _going_
to come in at the speed set, say 1/15 sec, and then monitor the flash in TTL
OTF until the flash has added the right amount. this would work best with 2nd
curtain sync I would think (if you had that) because the TTL OTF mater would
already know how much ambient light has come in during the exposure.
You could add this to the OM-4 Ti manual mode, allowing the same OTF
capability as the OM-3Ti in manual mode at 1/60 or slower, maybe!
In AUTO mode on the OM-4Ti with TTL flash, presumably you have to have 1/60
sec sync only with, because if flash is used, the camera couldn't decide
whether to keep the flash running, or to keep the shutter open for longer, to
give you enough light.
Thanks for educting me you guys - until I joined the list, I did't know the
OM-3Ti had TTL flash, or that the OM-1(n) had a fully mechanical shutter!
