It's not entirely clear what you're asking but...in the long ago and far
away colour photographs were printed using four colour process (CMYK to
you). They still are. A colour separation was/is required resulting in four
BW negs and four plates were engraved - one for each (black counts as a
colour as it involves a pass through the machine). Sounds like you've got
the negs. Each would have to be scanned, converted to the appropriate
colour and assembled as layers in P'shop. Sounds ugly - registration would
be a nightmare.
