[OM] OM-4 BIN $200

Is it same to assume that if an outfit such as Wall Street Camera offers an
OM-4 in non-working condition at a BIN of $200, odds are the camera will not
be repairable? Add clearly states may not be fixable, and sold as is with no
returns.
