Ryan,
Experiences from a previous life tell me, that it's almost impossible to
make UUNET do anything atall about spam. Statistics from a network I was
involved in revealed, that a large percentage (I think about 800r
more) had been either from a direct UUNET subscriber or through UUNET from
an immediate downstream of theirs. Yet they were ignorant to even
repeated, cooporate requests. I hence doubt that a contact to anyone at
UUNET re. this matter would result in anything but just their default "We
will investigate, but due to the amount of requests we get, we will not
notify you further".
