Normally you don't need to get at the diaphragm, it's usually enough to
re-lube the aperture ring. To get at the aperture ring you need to remove
the front retaining ring (the one with the white lettering) Use a hard
rubber stopper pressed up against it to twist it off. Once it's off, the
aperture ring should just lift out. If the grease is really hard you may
need to use a bit of heat to get it to soften up (use a hair dryer to do
this). Once the ring is off, clean it, re-lube and reassemble.
