Kodak in the past has often made special spools of material available
on special request. It wasn't a problem if the emulsion was being
made in a larger format.
However, given their financial problems and the current economy, this
service may not be available. On the other hand, they might have the
time! You might have to order a bunch of rolls.

Then you have to worry about developers for continuous tone. Diafine,
anyone? Or roll your own.
