Clemente/Titoy wondered, referring to the Angénieux 70-210mm/F3.5:
: How are the pictures taken with this lens?
It depends on the correct choice of film, proper exposure, correct focus,
vibration control, best selection of shutter speed and aperture, the
subject, the framing, the lighting conditions, the composition, the shooting
distance, the perspective and the decisive moment.
If for instance you take this lens to a concert where the beautiful miss
Katja Schuurman sings, but the stage lighting conditions are so bad that
even the already grainy Fuji HG 1600 isn't fast enough, the pictures won't
be winning any awards:

Which does not stop me from publishing them. (please note that only the
concert pictures are made by me).
Of course I bought this fast telezoom to take pictures with, not to count
its pixels. However, it's nice to know that Angénieux made top class optics,
worthy for Leica R, worthy for OM. If you're interested in F*t*d*'s MTF
curves - the Angénieux 70-210mm/F3.5 got the same grade (3.9) as the Zuiko
100mm/F2, for what it's worth.
