I'd suspect that this is a deliberate selling ploy, as in - "I know just
what this is - it's an absolute wreck but if I behave like a wide-eyed fool
and use a fuzzy photograph someone may pay over the odds for it and I can
then fall back on the 'as-is and ignorance' defence when I refuse their
claim for refund." I note some on this list have bought 'shutter jammed'
cameras assuming that it's a flat battery problem and a potential bargain.
Risky if the seller is unscrupulous and clever.
