I will look at your photos at the weekend when I am on my full size
Mac, rather than my old and tiny Powerbook...
... but that price for a Zuiko mirror! Excellent! That is my
ultimate ambition :>).

Do not forget to bring an ultra wide angle lens to photograph the
umbra passing by! Here are my results of the 1999 eclipse with the
Tokina 17 mm F3.5:

The whole series consist of 19 images. Projecting the images with
two projectors fading in and out gives a breathtaking result, almost
a movie!
BTW I recently bought the Zuiko 500 mm F8 for only US$230 and that
included 2 B&W filters (72 mm) and FS nr. 8... Buying gear for
decent prices is still possible with a little patience!
