Datapoint:
11058xx Japan OLYMPUS OM-SYSTEM ZUIKO AUTO-S 50mm 1:1.4 (dominatly green
with some magenta)

I have three multi-coated 50/1.4's within the serial number ranges in question.
YAD (yet another datapoint) among the 50/1.4's:
10558xx (marked "MC") has the same bright green coating reflections as
11122xx (no "MC" marking).
I also have a 50/1.4 "MC" <1,000,000 and it is definitely, without doubt,
coated differently than the other two with only some of its elements
multi-coated. My conclusion has always been the deletion of the "MC" from
the lens ring markings has no correlation with coating formulation.
