The swiss magazin PHOTOGRAPHY (german language) reported problems like
this when they tested the fast 1.2/50mm lenses. They blamed the design of the
35mm film patron, and demanded a redesign. The article was from 1981!
The film gets buckled at the exit of the patron. The buckled part of the film
is located
in the middle of the next frame (-> second frame problem). It occurs always
when the film
is in the camera for a while without using, as he describes. Because with the
rtesting time
the buckle gets harder in the film.
