No, you can be as selective as you like.. for example I filter all mail
having the phrase "[OM]" in its subjetc line into a folder. Its a little
tricky coz I dont see all the headers to the emails on this M*cr*so*t
Outlook but I am guessing that the list sets up the headers so that the From
line is unchanged but the Reply-To header has the list address in it so that
hitting reply sends a message to the list.
If that is the case then you can set up a Message rule that filters the From
line for : "Lewishus" for example and any mail that contained that in its
from line could be directed to a bulk mail folder, or could be sent
immediately to the shredder.
