Yes . . . Digital Light and Color's "Picture Window."
You can ligitimately download a 30 day evaluation copy here and the price
is very good for the non-Pro version . . . exceptionally capable software:

It has a feature to pull a "keystone" perspective out which works very
well. Tried v2.5 Pro and bought the non-Pro after a week! Been using it
for a couple years now.
