Maat,
       You can just screw off the front ring that says "Olympus OM-System 
Zuiko MC(?) Macro 1:3,5 f=20mm."  Next pull the aperture ring straight off.  
Then apply some grease (no idea what type...anybody?) to the exposed surfaces.
       I'm sure others will comment in more detail, but that should get you 
started.
