I've never owned/tried the eyecup 1 so I can't comment on which is
better. I sure do like the eyecup 2, though. Here's the info for both:

As for which dioptric correction lens you'd need, the e-SIF says, "The
number engraved on each Dioptric Correction Lens indicates the final
diopter in conjunction with the OM body."
My guess is you should try the -5 and if that doesn't work you're looking
at a custom job. (My optomatrist said it'd be around CDN$50 for a
custom-cut lens.)
