| :I own an OLYMPIA model DL2000. With a flash attachment. There are no | operating instructions with it. can you send me some? > O dear. "Olympia". Isn't that one of those plastic fraud cameras produced > with fake soundex names like "Cannon" and "Nikkan" or something on them? : Or it's an Olympic, Olympian......... According to McKeown there really was a true brand with the name Olympic. He mentions the "Olympic Junior", "Semi-Olympic" (!) from 1937, not with a plastic, but with a bakelite body, the "Super Olympic" from 1935 (maybe that's where Olympus based the name of the Supertrip on :) and the "Vest Olympic" from 1938, using half frame on 127 roll film (!). Maybe inspiring for Pen? :0 hnz < This message was delivered via the Olympus Mailing List > < For questions, mailto:owner-olympus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > < Web Page: http://Zuiko.sls.bc.ca/swright/olympuslist.html > |
