Why the price? Two reasons- It is exhaustively complete for the range of models
it covers, and it's rare. I've heard of one bookstore offering it for $300.
Don't think there were any takers.
If you found the same book (not too tall but real thick) for only $7, that's
definitely in Doris Fang territory. For you at least. I can't read German well
enough.
