You can figure it outjust looking at the pictures. I'm sure John H. could
make this in his sleep. All you need is a transistor and two resistors.
Then you modify one of those hot shoe adapters as shown here:

The only thing I can't figure out is the emitter, collector and base of the
transistor connections. The resistors I think are high value, like 1M?. You
probably use thin brass sheet for the flash contacts.
