Not directly, no. Usually requires some kind of "gateway machine" that acts as
a traffic cop and is informed on a moment-by-moment basis of the loads on other
machines involved. Best set up in a LAN which is completely controlled,
otherwise lag and latency issues across the larger Internet become too much.
The gateway machine also acts as a firewall (or even a bastion host) to prevent
too much hacking activity from undesireables. Sorry.
