The reproduction of the sea urchins mate in the same way
as coral does. Eggs shoot out the top of the female and
sperm will shoot out of the males. The two will mix in
the water and the fertilized egg will float up to and on
the surface of the water along with the plankton. When
they do reach a certain size, they will begin their
journey back down to the bottom and start their life as
sea urchins.
