I was browsing the KEH site today. Listed under close-up accessories was an
excellent plus EXT TUBE 80-135.
Well, being on this list paid off. I had remembered the discussion about how
dealers often list (in error, at a lower price) the 65-116 Auto Extension
Tube as an 80-135 Extension Tube. A quick check back to the archives for the
discussion about that just a couple of weeks ago and I was on the phone to
KEH. Results, an "80-135" extension tube for $120.45 (including UPS blue
label shipping), vs. their next closest listing for an excellent plus AUTO
EXT TUBE 65-116 WITHOUT TRIPOD MOUNT at $126.00 (without shipping).
BTW, if you were to buy the 'excellent plus auto extension tube 65-116
without tripod mount' they currently have listed at $126, then order the
tripod mount from Camtech for @$20, you'll still be getting a good unit
cheaper than KEH's other listing for an 'excellent' version they have listed
(with tripod mount) at $149.
