[OM] mystery - digest version of list

hi all

somehow i seem to have been mysteriously sub*scribed to the digest 
version of the list. Anyone know how this can happen? Has it happened 
to any other list members?
I have un*sub*scribed to the digest, so do i now need to 
re-sub*scribe to the normal list again or will i be back to normal?
