The T mount (I have one) is 42mm but a different screw thread pitch
unfortunately - it'll start but then binds really, really tightly. Go on,
ask me how I know :-( I may have to bodge something up using one if
there's no other way.

Now that sounds really cute - it's not a telescope adaptor is it, 'cos I
got one of those too. Show me a gadget and I've got to have it.
Incidentally - came up with a neat remote trigger. I got a Nissin flash
slave trigger in a box of bits. one of those transparent types. In with it
was a short flash cord - PC on one end and mini-jack on t'other. So, I
thort, is there any reason why the slave couldn't fire an Oly Winder? It
can. I can use a small flash with a manual test button as a trigger and the
slave sits on top of the OM with its finger in the hole. Brilliant! The
possibilities are legion. (Apologies if this has been suggested before -
I'm creative but rarely original).
