I was pointed to that spot on the FAQ awhile back when I asked about
doing a swap on the base for my winder 2. (Thanks, again, to Scott
Nelson!)
The FAQ says to use chloroform to dissolve the glue that holds the little
metal plate that says single-sequence-off on the switch. I tried contact
cement thinner, and also turpentine, but the danged thing is still glued-
down like it's welded on. (SIGH!)
Is acetone what I need to do the trick? If so, where does one get that
stuff? If I really *do* need chloroform, where the heck does one get
that???
