Tell 'em to give chapter and verse of your "transgression."  If it's 
publishing a contact *outside* of eBay, I'd be tempted to tell 'em 
something else as well (something very rude, and thoroughly 
appropriate).  I'd certainly want to know what it was, if I'd received such 
a message!
