EBAY will not let the seller require the buyer to pay billpoint fees or
credit card surcharges. This is illegal in some states so they just prohibit
the practice. I don't know what other selling services do but EBAY got on my

One obvious way around the $1500 limit is to split it up into 3 parcels.
Seems reasonable given that buyer is the one putting restrictions on you.
Let
them pay for the shipping and insurance and any added to cost to the
credit
