Tom, those are OK tripods made by an Italian firm now owned by Bogen. I
believe Bogen once sold them here under their own name, but now markets them
under the Manfrotto name. I just bought one myself - most models are fairly
light, yet strong and reliable. It could be one of any number of heads.
