Olympus dropped the MC designation from their lenses once they were all MC.
The serial numbers of the two lenses indicate that they should both be MC --
you have one marked that is and one with a later number that is not marked,
so it should be too.
The early fast lenses (/2) were always multicoated, the slower were not.
I saw a later post about a silvernose 28/2.8 -- I didn't think the 28/2.8
ever came in a silvernose, I thought that was the 28/3.5. The 28/2.8 didn't
come out until past the silvernose phase, did it?
