Ironic (after the recent OM-2S reliability thread), that under "recommended
35mm SLRs", he says to avoid the OM-2S. But doesn't say why. Perhaps he,
too, was simply repeating "conventional wisdom" about the OM-2S circuit
reliability?
The FIRST thing out of the mouth of the salesman, as I was buying batteries
for my recently acquired OM-2S, was, "You know they had a history of
electrical problems." (But he was looking at it with LUST in his eyes, I
could tell!)
I feel like going around repeating this "conventional wisdom", so I can maybe
get a COUPLE MORE OM-2ss at bargain prices.
