Sometimes the competitive bidding frenzy seems to be a factor. I wonder if some people just don't have certain things available where they live and decide they want something right now and they don't mind paying a little more. And.....some are absolutely clueless. I've seen very high prices paid for broken things. /jnm Not sure there's an ironclad connection here, but here's a recent close for your entertainment/amusement. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/ebayISAPI.dll?ViewItem <http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/ebayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=564247022 &r=0&t=0> &item=564247022&r=0&t=0 Jim < This message was delivered via the Olympus Mailing List > < For questions, mailto:owner-olympus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > < Web Page: http://Zuiko.sls.bc.ca/swright/olympuslist.html > |
