The prism housing is now lopsided, with a concave side and flatter top than
Maitani intended. The front seams on either side of the OLYMPUS logo are
split at the bottom, above the lens mount. Shutter and rewind lever have
bad gravel rash. The back sprung open on impact. A quick check indicated
that it seemed OK, viewfinder OK, electronics OK, shutter speeds sounded
about right, opening the back reveals that the shutter curtains are no
longer in sync :-(
I'm going to investigate the repair options of course. The lens does not
have a mark on it so I'm hoping the lens mount did not take too much of a
hit.
