OM-4t, jammed released, battery check OK but no meter display -- lots of
possible causes. The shutter or wind are likely jammed since setting
the red speeds doesn't fix it -- you're right, it's mechanical, not
electrical. Could be almost anything, from something in the shutter
loose or broken to something jammed in the wind gears.
Just don't tell me you've got an old bayonet-style MD cap crammed into
the bottom cover! That's been known to jam OM-4's....
Time for a trip to the Dr's, I suspect....
